It has helped relieve me of tension, stress and some pain. Tammy, who is a very knowledgeable masseuse. She explain what and why she was massageing certain muscles and bones. I feel better then I have felt in years. I have more motion in my neck and arms. I have less pain in my hips. It's not a cure but it is a great help. You have nothing to loose but everything to gain. I recently had a car accident and she mentioned it to Dr. Dave.  He urged her to have me come in for a check-up.  When I started I was walking with my body at an angle and was in quite a bit of pain. He takes extra steps to help me understand not only the way to be better with adjustment and home exercises but what is causing the issue to begin with.  After some time we also added cold laser treatments. Amazing! This helped with both the swelling in my knees (I can see my right kneecap again) but also the inflammation in my sinuses.
